Dear Patient

Please be aware that as of the 1st September 2018, Ashingdon Medical Centre will no longer take prescription requests over the phone. 

There are 3 ways that you can request your medication;

1. Call your pharmacist
2. Call into the surgery and complete a request form
3. Request through SystmOne Online (ask the surgery to activiate this if you don't have access)
