We operate a Practice complaints procedure as part of an NHS system for dealing with complaints. Our complaints system meets national criteria.
If you are dissatisfied with the response received from the provider, you are able to request they provide you with further information and response.
You also have the right to approach the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman to review your case. The Ombudsman is independent of government and the NHS, and the service is confidential and free. The Ombudsman carries out investigations into complaints about unfair or improper actions or poor service by the NHS.
